Hi guys it Kemir again, today i bring a ios5 notification center style for all ios 3.1.3 devices.

lets cut to the chase.

all you need its a Jailbroken iDevice.! go to Cydia, add a new repository(if you dont know how, in this blog youll find how.) below its the source link info. once you have added the source just browse for MobileNotifier(ios3.1.3) install it and you are done. Enjoy it. any trouble just comment.
